Located high in the breathtaking páramo and surrounded by trout-filled, crsytal clear lakes and thermal springs, Los Frailejones is a place of undisturbed silence and remarkable natural beauty.

Constructed in 1999, the lodge is located in the city El Angel, in the province El Carchi, at an altitude of 3.200 m above sealevel. The hostería is an ideal departing place for activities in the refreshing climate of Ecuador`s highlands.
