Our strikes to maintain a staff that is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and flexible. All of Surtrek & Neotropic Turis naturalist guides are bilingual and specialized in rainforest ecology. Our staff also includes Siona from Cuyabeno (who are guides, boatmen and the experts on the area) as well Ecuadorians from different parts of Ecuador, therefore every trip has an interesting mixture of culture and languages.
